Opportunity:
RN – Clinic
Job Details:
• Work 28.5 hours per week across 3 shifts
• Schedule: Tuesdays 6:45 AM – 4:15 PM at Harbor Town, Wednesdays 6:45 AM – 4:15 PM at Harbor Town, Fridays 6:45 AM – 4:15 PM at Sheboygan N Taylor Drive
• 12-week assignment
• 30-minute breaks daily
• No call responsibilities and no weekend work
• Dress code: scrubs required
• Focus on health care for individuals, families, groups, and communities in primary and specialty care outpatient clinics
• Perform systematic data collection and patient assessments including pain level evaluation
• Complete flow sheets, review medications, and document in EHR system
• Conduct triage assessments and analyze data for diagnostic statements
• Monitor lab and diagnostic results daily and communicate abnormal results to providers
• Coordinate care delivery and serve as key point of contact for patient care coordination
• Provide patient education using appropriate teaching methods for diverse demographics
• Support patients in developing health maintenance skills and lifestyle improvements
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities and mock drills
• Required: clinic experience, in-office procedure assistance, telephone triage, and patient education experience
• Graduate of accredited nursing school required
• Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state nursing license from NLC participating state required
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Preferred: one year medical or surgical nursing experience
