Opportunity:

RN – Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every 3rd weekend rotation required
• Every other holiday rotation required
• No float requirements
• May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• Work in an 11-bed Labor and Delivery unit and 8-bed Postpartum unit with approximately 1,350 deliveries annually
• Average monthly delivery rate of 112 deliveries per month with highly variable daily census
• Minimum 2 years of OB experience with Labor and Delivery experience required
• Labor and Delivery competency required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Advanced NRP
• Wisconsin RN license required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Scrub color: any color

This facility is a full-service hospital offering comprehensive obstetric care, including a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit and Postpartum unit. The organization supports a high volume of annual deliveries and is equipped with modern technology to provide quality maternal and newborn care. The facility utilizes EPIC as its primary electronic medical records system and maintains high standards for patient care across its obstetric services.
