Opportunity:
RN – Behavioral Health
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with guaranteed 72 hours biweekly
• Overtime applies after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour variable shifts
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Holiday rotation required every other holiday
• May float to Tomahawk, Eagle River, or Howard Young campuses
• 11-bed unit with a maximum capacity of 8 patients
• Patient ratio of 1 RN to 5-6 patients when unit is at full capacity
• Primary responsibilities include medication administration, patient care, documentation, and milieu management
• Behavioral health experience preferred with medical/surgical background desired
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in specialty preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Any scrub color permitted
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS
• Wisconsin or compact RN license required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
