Opportunity:
RN – Skilled Nursing
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour block schedule shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating requirements apply
• Patient ratio of 1:20 for RNs
• Perform charting, assessments, charge duties, and medication administration
• Clinical skills required include IV placement, catheterization, ostomy care, and titratable drips
• Experience working with elderly patients required
• Common patient diagnoses include dementia, frailty, elderly care, and rehabilitation
• Interdisciplinary team includes therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, housekeeping, and RT available on-site 24/7
• EMR system: ECS
• Scrub color: Any solid color, clean and professional
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
Facility:
This post-acute care facility is a nursing home attached to a hospital, offering a comprehensive long-term care environment with 70 beds, the majority of which are private. The facility provides a full interdisciplinary team approach to patient care, including therapy, social work, dietary, and housekeeping services. On-site pharmacy, medication dispensing systems, and 24/7 respiratory therapy support ensure patients receive well-rounded, continuous care.
