Opportunity:
RN – LTC
Job Details:
• Work evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Required to float between Short Term, Long Term, and CBRF Units
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Unit 1 consists of 12 beds for short term residents (average census of 5-8) and 10 CBRF residents
• Unit 2 is a Long Term Care unit with 20 beds
• 3 aides and 2 nurses per shift on day and PM shifts
• Strong medication administration skills required
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long term care setting required (2+ years)
• Charting experience with ECS preferred but not required – training will be provided
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrubs required – must be clean and work appropriate
• Contractors must live outside 50 miles from the facility
