Opportunity:
RN – Clinic – Allergy/Immunology
Job Details:
• Monday through Friday schedule with varying shift times across multiple clinic locations
• Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (10 hours)
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours)
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours)
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• 40 hours per week
• No weekend rotation or on-call requirements
• No holiday expectations
• Will follow a specific provider and be assigned to specific clinic locations with potential to float to other clinics as needed
• See an average of 16-24 patients per day across 4-5 exam rooms per site
• Treat adult and pediatric patients with allergy, immunology, asthma/pulmonary, food allergies, seasonal allergies, and drug allergies
• Perform triage and phone triage, patient rooming, injections, vitals, medication and history reviews, allergy reviews, allergy questionnaires, and medication refill fielding
• IV skills and spirometry experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with pediatric patients and working in a fast-paced clinic environment
• 1 year of experience in a clinic setting required; allergy clinic experience highly preferred
• Required certification: BLS
• EPIC Ambulatory EMR experience preferred but not required
• Scrub color: any color

Facility:
This ambulatory outpatient healthcare organization operates multiple clinic locations across the greater Milwaukee area, providing comprehensive allergy, immunology, and pulmonary care to both adult and pediatric patients. Each clinic site is supported by a team of 4 providers, 3-4 RNs per clinic per day, and patient service representatives at the front desk. A manager and site leadership are available daily, ensuring consistent support and oversight across all locations.
