RN – Stepdown
Job Details:
• Urgent backfill position requiring immediate availability
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Float as needed between units
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment
• Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population
• Responsible for managing patient care in accordance with ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice guidelines
• Work within a stepdown inpatient setting requiring strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
