Opportunity:
RN – Rehabilitation
Job Details:
• 12-hour variable shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, which can be taken in hourly increments as needed
• Primary location is the inpatient rehabilitation unit with 12 beds and patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6 for PM and 1:8 for nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical Rehabilitation experience preferred, or Medical/Surgical background accepted
• Experience in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC) required
• Rehab knowledge required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color
• Strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability to change, and social communication skills preferred
