Opportunity:
Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy
Job Details:
• Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• No float, on-call, or call back requirements
• See 8-10 patients per 8-hour day in a busy outpatient rural clinic setting
• Treat a wide variety of conditions including mixed orthopedics, some neurology, and all age ranges (no pediatrics beyond basic orthopedics)
• Master's Degree or DPT required
• General PT and orthopedic skills required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• Business casual attire required
• Must be able to work independently, manage tasks in a timely manner, and adapt well to change
• Contractor must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

The clinic provides care across multiple conditions including orthopedics and neurology, serving patients of various age groups. The facility utilizes Epic as its preferred charting system and maintains a professional, business casual environment focused on delivering quality patient care.
