Opportunity:
RN – CVOR
Job Details:
• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional coverage until 5:30 PM
• One late start Wednesday per month (details discussed during interview)
• 10 to 15 days of call per month, including weekends, depending on staffing levels
• Holiday call rotated with the team
• 30-minute call response time required
• Self-scheduling within a team of 3
• Common cases include CABG, valves, TAVR, VATS/thoracotomy, robotic lung procedures, and aneurysm repairs
• Must be able to circulate outside of CVOR, specifically for C-sections
• Scrubbing not required for RNs
• 1 main CV OR suite and 1 backup suite; average case volume varies week to week
• Floating within main OR or Outpatient Surgery Center only; no floating to other sites
• Up to 1 week of unit/department-specific orientation provided
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must clock in and out at the facility
• Charting system: Cerner
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• BSN not required
• Acute care setting

The facility operates a dedicated cardiovascular operating room supported by a collaborative team structure including team leads and house supervisors.
