Opportunity:
CNA – LTC
Job Details:
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Float between units as needed
• Patient ratio of 1:8-10 on days and 1:20 on nights
• 66-room facility with 4 halls; each CNA responsible for 1 hall on nights
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• At least 1 year of experience as an LTC/Skilled Nursing CNA required
• Must have successfully completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Must have no at-fault cancellations in work history
• No background or license hits accepted
• Must be a graduate of a CNA training program
• BLS certification required – AHA only
• WI CNA registry required
• Locals within 50 miles of the facility not accepted

This long-term care facility features 66 rooms across 4 halls and is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a compassionate environment. The facility serves adult and geriatric patients and supports a skilled nursing model of care. Staff are committed to delivering an exceptional patient and family experience, with free parking available on-site.
