Opportunity:
RN – MedSurg
Job Details:
• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required with holiday rotation
• Float requirements to like units including Riverview, Plover, and Divine Savior
• May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• 32-bed medical/surgical unit covering orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and ENT
• Patient ratios: 1:4-5 during day/PM shifts and 1:6-7 during nights
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg and orthopedic experience required
• 1 completed travel assignment required
• ADN or BSN required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Required certifications: WI or compact RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Any professional-colored scrubs required
• Must be willing to float to like units including ICU/Stepdown/Med-Surg floors as a Med/Surg patient assignment
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, and personable

This facility is a full-service hospital offering a comprehensive medical/surgical unit with three levels of care including ICU, stepdown, and med/surg. The unit consists of 32 beds covering a range of specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and ENT. The facility maintains a collaborative care environment and supports float coverage across multiple sister facilities in the region.
