Opportunity:
RN – Labor and Delivery
Job Details:
• 12-hour day/PM shifts
• Guaranteed 24 hours per week
• Every third weekend and holiday rotation required
• 13-week contract
• May be requested to float to med-surg department if Birth Center is not busy
• May float to additional locations including Wausau, Merrill, Stanley, or Medford
• Travelers can be placed on call for low census hours with a 2-hour minimum call back requirement
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Wisconsin RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of OB experience with Labor and Delivery experience required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• EPIC charting experience highly preferred
• Labor and Delivery competency required
• Unit includes 3 LDRP rooms, 2 post-partum rooms, and 1 triage room
• Average monthly delivery rate is 21 deliveries per month
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
