Opportunity:
RN – LTC
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour PM shifts in a long-term care setting
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float between Short Term, Long Term, and CBRF units as required
• May be placed on call for low census hours
• 13-week contract
• 2+ years of previous SNF long-term care experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN license, BLS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Strong medication administration skills required
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting required
• Work across two units: Unit 1 features 12 beds for short-term residents and 10 CBRF residents; Unit 2 is LTC with 20 beds
• Each shift staffed with 3 aides and 2 nurses on day and PM shifts
• Charting system is ECS – training will be provided
• Any clean and work-appropriate scrubs are acceptable
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

The facility features two dedicated units serving a range of patient needs, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and community-based residential facility (CBRF) services. The organization maintains a structured staffing model to ensure quality care across all units and offers on-the-job training for facility-specific charting systems.
