Opportunity:
RN – MedSurg
Job Details:
• 12-hour day shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float requirements to like units including Riverview, Plover, and Divine Savior
• May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• 32-bed medical/surgical unit covering ortho, general, urology, and ENT
• Day/PM patient ratio of 1:4-5; night ratio of 1:6-7
• 2+ years of Med/Surg and ortho experience required
• 1 completed travel assignment required
• Epic charting experience required
• ADN or BSN required
• Wisconsin or compact RN license required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS
• Any professional-colored scrubs required
• Strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability, and social skills preferred

This facility is a medical/surgical hospital unit featuring 32 beds across three levels of care, including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg. The unit provides a well-rounded clinical environment serving a diverse patient population with orthopedic, general, urology, and ENT cases. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and values healthcare professionals who are hardworking, resilient, and adaptable to change.
