Opportunity:
RN – Med Surg
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Every other weekend and holidays as needed
• Float to ED/ICU for medical holds only
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Work on 36-bed med/surg/ortho unit
• Patient ratios of 1:5 with CNA support or 1:4 primary care when needed
• 2 years medical/surgical experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must be confident and independent RN
• Active Illinois RN license required (no pending or temporary licenses)
• AHA BLS certification required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be hard-working, resilient, and manage change well
• No local candidates within 40-mile radius
