Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work in a 2-room cardiac catheterization lab with 1 EP/Cath room and 1 Cath Lab
• Participate in 24/7, 365 STEMI program
• Average of 4 cases per day
• Perform diagnostics, interventional procedures, femoral and radial approaches, IFR, FFR
• Work with balloon pumps and temporary pacers
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT or RCIS; ACLS preferred
• Must work well in team environment with great communication skills
• Expected to work with interdisciplinary teams and be willing to teach and educate others
• Float only between rooms in department and pre-op area
• Technology includes EPIC EMR, Maclab hemodynamic system, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis med dispensing, and GE C-arms
• Scrubs provided
