Opportunity:
RN – Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work in cardiac catheterization lab with 2 cath labs and 1 hybrid cath/EP lab
• Handle 1-16 cases per day depending on day of the week
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Treat STEMI/NSTEMI patients, perform angioplasty/angiography, ASD, PFO, right/left heart cath, and thrombectomy procedures
• Handle EP cases including pacemakers, generator changes, loop recorders, ICD lead revisions, and cardioversions
• EP cases scheduled 1 day per week
• Required certifications: CVT, BLS, ACLS
• Preferred certifications: RCIS, RTR with cath lab experience
• Required skills: Monitor, pan, scrub, sheath pull
• Preferred skills: IABP assistance, EP experience, Rotor blade, PFO procedures, complex case knowledge
• Work with EPIC charting system and Mac Lab
• May float to EP if experienced
• 2-day orientation program with educator and preceptor training
• Free parking and provided scrubs
