Opportunity:
Respiratory Therapist – Registered Respiratory Therapist
Job Details:
• 13-week contract assignment starting 12/29
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 12-hour variable shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float requirements to Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River locations
• Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour minimum call back
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of experience minimum
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS, NBRC CRT or RRT, Wisconsin license
• NRP preferred
• EPIC charting experience required
• Equipment includes Bipap V60, Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators, LTV1200 transport ventilators, Airvo2 and Optiflow, Resmed S10
• Provide respiratory therapy support to all patient care areas including ED and general care
• Emergency services for Rapid Response and Code Blue situations
• Basic respiratory care, critical care, ventilator management, and patient assessment
• Care for patients of all age groups
• Any scrub colors permitted
• Must live outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Strong documentation skills required
