Opportunity:
RN – Rehab
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour variable day and PM shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• 36 guaranteed hours per week over a 13-week contract
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour call back minimum
• Patient ratio 1:4-1:6 for PM shifts, 1:8 for night shifts on 12-bed inpatient rehab unit
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS
• Minimum 1 year medical surgical rehab experience preferred or M/S background with inpatient hospital setting experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Must be hard-working, resilient, and manage change well
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
