Opportunity:
RN – Home Health
Job Details:
• 7-week contract assignment with ASAP start date
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts, roughly 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with potential flexibility based on census
• Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Travel requirements: 20-25 patients with 4.5 visits per day on average, 25-60 miles per day depending on territory
• Potential float assignments to Medford, Antigo, and Wisconsin Rapids (limited basis)
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, Active Wisconsin or Compact nursing license, Valid driver's license
• OASIS certification is a plus
• Minimum 2+ years home health experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Charting experience: OASIS required, Epic preferred
• Responsibilities include OASIS admissions, all time points, episode management, doctor calls and coordination of care, timely EMR documentation
• Clinical competencies required in wound care, IV therapy, ports, lab draws, chronic disease management
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours with potential call-back pay
