Opportunity:
PT – Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Work 4×10 hour shifts with every other Friday off
• On weeks without Friday off, receive another day off during the week
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks (receive weekday off when working Saturday)
• Can be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum callback
• Float to multiple locations including Wausau, Antigo, Rhinelander, Rapids, Merrill, Stanley, and Medford
• Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate
• Meet productivity expectations of 4.5 visits per day average
• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care for adult and geriatric populations
• Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Work with variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Use laptop for point of service documentation with NetSmart EMR system
• Cell phone provided for GPS and communication
• Dress code: scrubs (any color) or business casual
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, Wisconsin state licensure, NPI number
• Required education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Masters preferred)
• Home health and travel experience required
• Must comply with flu season masking policy if vaccination declined
