RN – OR
Job Details:
• Work day shifts with float requirements as needed
• Every other weekend schedule requirement
• Work on 32-bed Surgical Specialty Unit (11CFAC)
• Specialize in care for Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery, ENT, Vascular Surgery, and Breast/Endocrine patient populations
• Typical patient ratios are 5 to 1
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for identified group of patients in inpatient environment
• Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to primarily adult population
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice required
• Clinical competence and experience in care and management of target patient populations required
• Associate's degree in nursing required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from participating NLC state required
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or AHA approved equivalent required
