Opportunity:
RN – Med Surg
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour variable day/night shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Every other weekend and every other holiday requirement
• Patient ratios: 1:4-5 on days, 1:6-7 on nights
• Can be placed on low census and put on call with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• 2 years of nursing experience required with trauma level II experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS
• EPIC charting experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color allowed
• Work on MAP Unit (Medical and Adult Pediatrics) treating respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, infectious diseases, and acute alcohol withdrawal
• Must demonstrate hard work ethic, resilience, ability to manage change, work independently, complete tasks timely, and maintain positive attitude with flexibility
