Opportunity:
RN – Surgery
Job Details:
• Day shift plus call schedule for General Surgery
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for identified group of patients in an inpatient environment
• Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to primarily adult population
• Work within Surgical Services Department encompassing 12 specialty services
• Help transition surgical patients safely through their surgical experience
• Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from NLC participating state required
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or AHA approved equivalent required
• Clinical competence and experience in care and management of target patient populations required
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice required
