Opportunity:
PT – Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week over 13-week contract
• No weekend, holiday, float, or on-call requirements
• Must reside within 50 miles of facility per radius rule
• Required certifications: BLS and WI PT license
• Master's degree required
• General PT/Ortho skills required; new graduates welcome
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Treat 8-10 patients focusing on ortho outpatient care
• Pediatric and workman's compensation experience a plus
• Business casual attire required
• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks timely
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• May be placed on call for low census with minimum 2-hour call back pay
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times
