Opportunity:
PT – Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment starting as soon as possible
• Possibility of 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract period
• No holiday requirements
• Must be willing to float to other hospitals in the north region
• Can be low censused and put on call with call back minimum of 2 hours
• Treat 8-10 patients in ortho outpatient unit and acute inpatient settings
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from facility
• Required certifications: BLS and WI PT license
• Must have or obtain NPI number
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Business casual attire required
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Must comply with flu season mask policy if declining vaccinations
