Opportunity:
RN – Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend requirement
• Float to other units as needed
• Provide care in a 32-bed unit primarily serving solid oncology patients, along with hematology and bone marrow transplant patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment
• Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population
• Required: Associate's degree in nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Required certifications: Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi-state Nursing License from NLC participating state, AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or equivalent
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice from accredited School of Nursing
• Clinical competence and experience in care and management of target patient populations
