Opportunity:
RN – L&D
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day/night variable shifts
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• No float requirements
• Can be low censused and put on call during 36 hours of unbillable low census
• Call back minimum is 2 hours with call back pay
• Must live outside 50 miles from facility
• 2 years OB experience with L&D experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, Advanced NRP, Wisconsin RN license
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Must be labor and delivery competent
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination
Facility:
This healthcare facility features an 11-bed Labor and Delivery unit and 8-bed Post Partum unit, handling approximately 1,350 deliveries annually with an average monthly delivery rate of 112. The facility utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and maintains high standards for maternal and newborn care. The unit experiences highly variable daily census and provides comprehensive obstetric services to the community.
