Opportunity:
CT Technologist – CT Tech
Job Details:
• 3 years of experience required
• Work with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Weekend rotation every other weekend
• Up to 7 days off can be approved
• No call responsibilities
• Average of 15 scans per day with varying volume
• 1 day orientation on the unit
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (License issued by state of Illinois)
• Must have IV skills and power injection experience
• Mandatory experience with GE equipment
• Must be comfortable with trauma, stroke cases, and fast-paced environment
• Gray scrubs required
• Work with EPIC charting system, Alaris, and Pyxis equipment
• Support available including receptionist during day shift and hospitalist/physician after hours
• Transport aid and tech aide support available
• Third party handles processing
• Weekend night shift staffing includes 1-2 technologists and tech aide depending on the day

This 397-bed healthcare facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center and Level III Perinatal Center with Magnet designation. The teaching hospital features a comprehensive stroke center and maintains high standards for patient care. The facility offers modern medical technology and equipment, with resident radiologists available on-site and comprehensive support services for both patients and staff.
