Opportunity:
CT Technologist – CT Tech
Job Details:
• Perform basic and intermediate computed tomography (CT) procedures under radiologist direction
• Work with 5 CT scanners including GE Revolution and Evo equipment
• Handle patient types including inpatient, outpatient, and ER cases
• Treat some pediatric patients (approximately 2-3 per month, usually teenagers)
• Perform general anatomy, calcium scoring, coronary studies, stroke alerts, CTA perfusion studies
• Conduct chest, abdomen, pelvis, and head CT scans
• Assist with procedural cases including biopsies and drains
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT
• Minimum 2-3 years of general CT experience from hospital setting required
• Experience with GE equipment preferred
• Complete 3-shift orientation to learn facility workflow
• Holiday expectations: work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday
• Adhere to fatigue policy limiting work to maximum 60 hours per week or 5 consecutive 12-hour shifts
• Use EPIC charting system
• Scrub color: any color except camo or denim
• No floating to other units
• No weekend rotation or call requirements
