Opportunity:
RN – Home Health
Job Details:
• Work weekend program every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Provide afterhours support care as part of the Supportive Care Team (SCT)
• This is not a case management position and you will not hold a caseload
• Work in the Racine/Kenosha area
• Short-term contract position
• Focus on hospice care support services
• Provide nursing care during weekend hours when regular staff is not available
