Opportunity:
RN – IMC
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units
• Subject to low census and on-call requirements with 2-hour minimum call back
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Care for patients with stable weaning vents/trachs, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleeds, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Manage primary patients and insulin drips
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• Minimum 2+ years experience required with stepdown/intermediate/PCU experience mandatory
• ICU experience and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Ventilator/trach experience required
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be hard-working, resilient, and able to manage change well in fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and complete tasks in timely manner

The organization maintains high standards for patient care and requires experienced nursing professionals who can work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing critically stable patients.
