Opportunity:
Occupational Therapist – Occupational Therapy
Job Details:
• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Specialized focus on lymphedema treatment
• Perform initial patient evaluations including administering appropriate tests and measures
• Identify patient impairments and functional limitations
• Establish initial plans of treatment in conjunction with patients and caregivers
• Select and administer treatment strategies based on current physician orders and established treatment plans
• Identify functional improvement and goal attainment on a regular basis supported by documented subjective and objective changes
• Update treatment plans and goals per department standards
• Complete documentation following department standards and timeframes ensuring documentation reflects skilled intervention and supports therapeutic interventions
• Work to achieve productivity per department standards and complete job duties in an efficient and effective manner
• Utilize non-productive time to benefit the department as a whole
• Demonstrate compliance with documentation and adhere to National Patient Safety Standards
• Participate in department performance improvement activities
