Opportunity:
RN – Dialysis
Job Details:
• Work flexible shifts including 6, 8, 10, or 12-hour options with variable start times
• Shifts can begin as early as 5:00 AM and as late as 7:30 PM for 12-hour shifts
• PM shifts start at noon for 8-hour outpatient clinic coverage
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Assignment includes both inpatient and outpatient RN and PCT roles as needed (50/50 split)
• Patient ratios: 1:4 with dialysis tech inpatient or 1:1 in ICU units, 1:8 outpatient
• Work every other weekend and holiday
• On-call requirements: 2 times weekly including every other weekend with 1-hour response time
• Weekend call requirement may include two shifts with 2-hour minimum call back
• Float between inpatient and outpatient units only
• Must be outside a 50-mile radius of facility location
• Required: Wisconsin RN License, BLS-AHA or ARC certification
• Minimum 2+ years experience with dialysis inpatient experience required
• Prior CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis experience required
• Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Block scheduling can be accommodated

The facility features modern dialysis equipment and technology, offering various dialysis modalities including CRRT and peritoneal dialysis. The organization maintains high standards of patient care with experienced dialysis technicians supporting nursing staff and utilizes Epic electronic health records for comprehensive patient documentation.
