Opportunity:
RN – Dialysis
Job Details:
• Work 72 hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Variable flex shifts of 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours with start times ranging from 5:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• PM shifts start at noon for 8 hours in outpatient clinic
• Assignment coverage includes both inpatient and outpatient RN and PCT roles (50/50 split)
• Work every other weekend and holiday
• Float between inpatient and outpatient units only
• On-call requirements: 2x weekly including every other weekend with 1-hour response time
• Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Patient ratios: 1:4 with dialysis tech inpatient, 1:1 in ICU units, 1:8 outpatient
• Block scheduling available
• Can be low censused and placed on call during 36 hours of unbillable low census
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License and BLS-AHA or ARC
• Minimum 2+ years experience required
• Previous dialysis experience in inpatient setting required
• Prior CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis experience required
• Trauma level II experience highly preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
