Opportunity:
RN – IMC
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week for 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and holiday schedule required
• Must be outside a 50-mile radius of facility location
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically higher acuity units
• Subject to low census and on-call requirements with 2-hour minimum call back
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2+ years experience required with stepdown/intermediate/PCU experience required
• ICU experience and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Care for patients with heavy telemetry, stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Manage primary patients and insulin drips with 4:1 patient ratio
• Must be able to work independently, complete tasks timely in fast-paced environment
• Any color scrubs allowed
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination

The facility maintains high acuity standards and provides comprehensive inpatient services across multiple units. The organization emphasizes independent practice and efficient patient care delivery in a fast-paced clinical environment with modern equipment and EPIC electronic health record systems.
