RN – L&D
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week over 13-week contract
• Work every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Can be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• No float requirements
• 2 years OB experience with Labor and Delivery competency required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Advanced NRP, Wisconsin RN license
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Any color scrubs permitted
• During flu season, mask required at all times if declining flu and COVID vaccination
• Handle labor and delivery cases in 11-bed unit with 8-bed postpartum unit
• Facility averages 112 deliveries per month with 1,350 annual deliveries
• Guaranteed hours not applicable during orientation week or when unit is closed for holidays

The facility handles approximately 1,350 deliveries annually with an average of 112 deliveries per month.
