Opportunity:

SLP – SLP; Additional Notes from VMS= HEAVY float between Howard Young and Eagle River

Job Details:

• Work 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts: Monday/Wednesday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Howard Young; Tuesday/Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at Eagle River
• Volume/census may extend Friday to full day at Howard Young Medical Center
• Must be willing to float to Aspirus Rhinelander, Tomahawk, and Eagle River (floating can be prescheduled)
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• May be placed on call during low census hours with on-call pay
• Epic charting system preferred
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license required
• Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required
• Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred, including video swallow studies
• Unit split: 25% inpatient, 75% outpatient
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination per facility policy
