Opportunity:
Radiologic Technologist – Radiology
Job Details:
• Shift times are dependent upon posting and needs, with flex of 1 to 1.5 hours between start times depending on staffing
• Monday through Friday schedule with every other weekend rotation
• One day off during the week leading up to a work weekend and one day off the week following a work weekend
• On-call required with one call shift per week; first call 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, second call 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, third call 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• One holiday per contract expected
• Average patient load of 15 to 20 patients per tech per day
• Serve inpatient, outpatient, ED, and procedural patients across all age ranges including limited pediatrics
• Perform surgical and procedure imaging including fluoroscopy cases such as ERCPs, bronchoscopies, pain clinic procedures, and urology cases
• Perform OR imaging including orthopedic, general, and spine cases; comfort with O-arm preferred
• Perform general radiography and portable imaging
• Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Minimum 2 years of acute or surgical experience required
• Mid to high level hospital experience required
• Required certifications and licenses: ARRT, Wisconsin license, BLS
• EMR system: EPIC
• X-ray equipment: GE, Fuji, Del Medical
• PACS system: McKesson
• C-arm equipment: GE 9900, GE Elites, and Medtronic O-arms
• Surgery scrubs provided in house

• Lead tech on first shift; radiologist, respiratory therapy, hospitalist, and intensivist support available 24/7

This facility is a large 636-bed medical center holding Magnet designation, reflecting its commitment to nursing excellence and high-quality patient care. It operates as a Level III Trauma Center and Level III NICU, as well as a Primary Stroke Center, making it a comprehensive hub for complex and critical care in the region. The radiology department is well-staffed and supported around the clock, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
