Opportunity:
RN – OR
Job Details:
• 8-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed 32 hours per week
• 9-week contract length
• Must be willing to float to Aspirus Merrill, Aspirus Wausau, Aspirus Stanley, and Aspirus Medford
• On-call required every 4th weekend, 1-2 weekday call shifts, and holiday rotation
• Rotating weekend schedule every 4th weekend
• Holiday rotation required
• Work in 3 OR suites and 1 GI procedure room
• Required skills include orthopedics, general surgery, GI, pain management, and OB/GYN; cataract experience a bonus
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required
• Required certifications: WI or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be a flexible candidate with excellent work ethic and willingness to perform downtime tasks as needed
• Must be hardworking, resilient, able to manage change well, and personable
• Scrub colors provided
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

This facility is a community hospital offering a range of surgical and procedural services, including orthopedic, general surgery, GI, and OB/GYN procedures. The operating room department consists of 3 OR suites and a dedicated GI procedure room, providing a dynamic and well-rounded surgical environment.
