Opportunity:
Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour flexible day shifts, Monday through Friday
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• May be placed on low census call with a minimum 2-hour call back requirement
• Up to 36 hours of low census hours applicable during contract
• Treat 8-10 patients per shift in an orthopedic outpatient setting
• General PT and orthopedic skills required; new graduates welcome
• Pediatric and workers' compensation experience a plus
• Master's Degree required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• NPI number required; candidates without one must begin the application process prior to start
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Business casual attire required
• Must be able to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and adapt well to change
• Provider must reside more than 50 miles from facility
Facility:
This facility is a community-based hospital offering a range of inpatient and outpatient services, including orthopedic and physical therapy care. The physical therapy department supports a diverse patient population with a focus on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and maintains a professional, collaborative environment for its clinical staff.
