Opportunity:
RN – Rehabilitation Nurse
Job Details:
• 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Contract length of 7 weeks
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, which can occur in hour increments as needed – unit will typically low census in 4-hour increments
• Primary location is the inpatient rehabilitation unit with 12 beds and patient ratios of 1:4-1:6 PM and 1:8 nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac
• Required certifications: WI RN license and AHA or ARC BLS
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical Rehabilitation experience preferred, or Medical/Surgical background – inpatient hospital experience (STAC) required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Rehab knowledge required
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, manages change well, and socially engaging
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
