Opportunity:
RN – Labor and Delivery
Job Details:
• 13-week contract
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• No float requirements
• May be placed on low census/on-call during scheduled hours
• Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Primary location in Labor and Delivery unit with 11 beds and 8-bed Postpartum unit
• Average monthly delivery rate of 112 deliveries with approximately 1,350 deliveries annually
• Average daily census is highly variable
• Minimum 2 years of OB experience with Labor and Delivery experience required
• Labor and Delivery competency required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Advanced NRP
• Wisconsin RN license required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Scrub color: any color

The Labor and Delivery unit is well-equipped to handle a high volume of deliveries annually, providing quality maternal and newborn care. The facility maintains modern standards of care and utilizes EPIC as its primary electronic medical records system to support clinical staff in delivering excellent patient outcomes.
