Opportunity:
RN – IMC
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with a start date of 8/24/2026
• 12-hour variable shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Shift rotation every week or every two weeks
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required (weekends are Friday through Sunday)
• Every other holiday rotation required
• No on-call or callback responsibilities
• Float to all inpatient units as needed with potential to float to other south region locations including Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior
• 8-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit with telemetry monitoring
• Patient population includes stable, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke patients
• Primary patients and insulin drips required
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Fast-paced unit requiring the ability to manage independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong candidates will be hard-working, resilient, able to manage change well, and socially engaged
• Any color scrubs are accepted
• 2+ years of experience in stepdown, intermediate care, or PCU required
• At least one completed travel contract preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS
• No blocked scheduling requests and no travel pairs with the same schedule requests will be accommodated
