Opportunity:
Interventional Radiology Tech – Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with an ASAP start date
• Guaranteed 32 hours per week / 64 hours bi-weekly
• Variable shifts and days with earliest shift start times of 6:45 AM, 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM; standard 8-hour shifts with flexibility required
• May float to other locations in the central region as needed
• Variable on-call requirements for weekdays and weekend call rotations, including 1-2 nights of weeknight call as needed
• 30-minute response time required for on-call
• Every 4th weekend on-call rotation with holidays required as needed
• Fast-paced Interventional Radiology unit with a variety of procedures; 1:1 ratio averaging 4-6 procedures per day
• Work as part of a team consisting of 1 RN and 2 Radiology Techs
• Perform high-quality radiologic exams, interventional medical sonography exams, cone beam CT exams, and three-dimensional reconstruction of imaging examinations
• Complex procedures include interventional radiology, vascular interventional, and neuro interventional cases
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required in Interventional Cath Procedures, Interventional Vascular Procedures, or Interventional Neurology
• Epic charting experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT and BLS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Wisconsin license required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Any colored scrubs acceptable

This facility is a well-established regional hospital serving as a primary location for advanced interventional radiology services in central Wisconsin. The facility operates a fast-paced Interventional Radiology unit equipped to handle a wide variety of complex procedures, including interventional radiology, vascular interventional, and neuro interventional cases. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes Epic for electronic charting to support efficient and effective clinical operations.
