Opportunity:
RN – MedSurg
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with an ASAP start date
• 12-hour shifts, day/night variable schedule
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every third weekend rotation required
• Every other holiday rotation, as applicable
• Travelers may be placed on call during low census hours with on-call pay provided
• Call back minimum is 2 hours with call back pay applicable
• Must be willing to float to Aspirus Merrill, Wausau, Medford, and Stanley locations
• Unit consists of 16 beds with nurse-to-patient ratios of 4-5 on days, 5-6 on PMs, and 6-7 on nights
• Minimum 2+ years of Med Surg experience required
• Excellent assessment skills required
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry highly preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN license, BLS, and ACLS required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Scrubs: any color
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius
