Opportunity:
RN – Rehabilitation Nurse
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with an immediate start date
• 12-hour variable shifts: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, which can be taken in hour increments as needed
• Primary location on inpatient rehabilitation unit with 12 beds
• Patient ratios: 1:4 to 1:6 during PM shifts and 1:8 during nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac conditions
• Minimum 1 year of medical surgical rehabilitation experience preferred or medical/surgical background required
• Experience in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC) required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Rehab knowledge required
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color
