Opportunity:
RN – ICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour variable shifts
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• 1:2 patient ratio
• Float to alike units within skillset, including other locations within a 40-mile radius (Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River); floating can be pre-scheduled
• May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience required
• Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred
• Pediatric patients are occasionally seen, typically surgical patients such as ENT or orthopedic cases
• Charting performed in EPIC; no prior EPIC experience required
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Any scrub color permitted
