Opportunity:
RN – ICU
Job Details:
• 12-hour night shifts in a mixed-acuity environment
• 36 guaranteed hours per week over a 13-week contract
• Primarily Med Surg patients with intermittent higher-acuity ICU-level assignments as needed
• Float to Med Surg unit if needed
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Can be placed on low census and put on call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• Patient ratios: 1:2 for MS ICU Unit
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience required; comfort with occasional ICU-level care required
• Required certifications: Michigan RN license, AHA BLS, and ACLS
• Charting experience with EPIC required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be able to manage independently, complete tasks in a timely manner, and adapt to change
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius
