Opportunity:
RN – Skilled Nursing
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Block schedule with every other weekend required
• Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
• No on-call requirements
• Floating requirements apply
• Patient ratio of 1:20 for RNs
• Care responsibilities include charting, assessments, charge duties, and medication administration
• Clinical skills required include IV management, catheters, ostomy care, and IV/titratable drips
• Primarily care for patients with dementia, frail and elderly populations, and rehabilitation patients
• Elderly care experience required
• EMR system: ECS
• Scrub color/dress code: Any solid color, clean and professional
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Local candidates living within 80 miles of the facility will have a reduced rate applied
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
Facility:
This post-acute care nursing home is attached to a hospital and features 70 beds, the majority of which are private. The facility operates with a robust interdisciplinary team including therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, housekeeping, and respiratory therapy available on-site 24/7. On-site pharmacy and medication dispensing systems are available, along with physician availability after hours and DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor support.
